How do I know if I need replacement windows?
If your energy bills are high or you’ve noticed a draft on cold days, your windows most likely need replaced. An easy way to test for a draft is to light a candle, hold it next to your window frame and see if the flame flickers. If it does, that’s a sign that your windows are letting air inside. In addition, some homeowners choose to replace their windows to enhance their home’s aesthetic or update the design. See our window selection here.
What happens during the free, initial consultation?
One of our design consultants will visit you at your home or business to talk about your project goals and vision. We’ll inspect your current windows and/or doors and discuss a solution to fit your vision, your budget and your timeline. Then, we’ll answer any questions you may have and provide you with a detailed estimate. Learn more about our complete process here.
How long will the window installation take?
Most window replacement projects can be completed in a day. Prior to installation day, our team will visit your home to take exact measurements and determine your home’s specific needs. We then custom build the replacement windows to fit your home, making installation as quick and hassle-free as possible.
What’s included in the warranty?
Our fully transferable limited warranty covers parts, labor and original installation services. We provide a 20 year limited warranty for Fibrex® and glass, a two year limited warranty on installation, and a 10 year limited warranty for components other than glass. View all of the details here.
What if I need service on my Renewal by Andersen windows?
All of our windows come with a unique ID number. If you have any issues, contact us and a Customer Care Representative will be able to identify your exact window and resolve your concerns.
