Warranties That Can’t Be Beat

Our windows and doors are manufactured using the best products and processes, so flaws and shortcomings are unlikely to occur. Still, we want our customers to have peace of mind knowing that we protect their homes. This is why we offer industry-leading warranties for parts, labor and installation.

For Fibrex® material and glass, we provide a 20 year limited warranty from the original installation date, covering defective window sashes and door panel glass. Our exclusive Fibrex® composite is also warranted not to flake, rust, blister, peel, crack, pit or corrode within that 20 years.

Our 10 year limited warranty for components other than glass covers locks, lifts, hinges, insect screens and weatherstripping 10 years from the original installation date. All of our materials are warranted to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship.

Additionally, we offer a two year limited warranty on installation. If your Renewal by Andersen windows or doors fail to perform according to our specifications due to improper installation, we’ll bring the workmanship up to our expert standards, at no cost to you.
